Thechinamoorthy a much sought after speaker and trainer in the financial services industry. He has been involved in the financial services since the 1994. Despite his humble beginning and growing up with a dysfunctional family, he has transformed his life, with the seeds of passion he found in the life insurance business. He holds Law Degree from University of London. He has completed all professional courses in the financial services industry such as ChFC, CLU, CFP, RFP, Shariah RFP and AEPP. He holds a Capital Markets Services Representative License with the Security Commissions of Malaysia
He has spoken in numerous platforms, locally and internationally. He has been an invited as a guest speaker even for companies outside the financial services industry. He was a main platform speaker for NAMLIFA conference in the year 2014.
Thechinamoorthy also sits in the Editors Board of the Malaysian Financial Planning Council and is responsible for publication of the Financial 1st Magazine. He has written a series of articles on financial planning for magazines and newspapers in Malaysia.
Thechinamoorthy has qualified for numerous awards with the company and industry. He is a consistent Supremacy Award qualifier with his company. He has also qualified for Million Dollar Round Table Award.
He is currently a Group Manager with his Company. Thechinamoorthy is also an Ambassador for Live Great Branding proposition of the company. His personal philosophy is "Follow your Passion, and success will follow you"

R.Letchumi has been involved in insurance and financial services since 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Malaya, and has a LUTC Diploma from the Malaysian Insurance Institute.
Furthering her academic pursuits, she successfully completed her MBA in Investment and Management with the Irish International University in the year 2002. She is currently pursuing the Registered Financial Planner Course with Malaysian Financial Planning Council .
Since joining the insurance industry in 1995, she had remarkably qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table award 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, and 2007, 2011, 2012. 2013 and 2014. She has also been a consistent producer and had qualified for numerous Company Awards including the Supremacy Excellence Award in the 2008 & 2013.
Prior to joining the insurance Industry, R.Letchumi has also served the country as a national athlete from the year 1991 to 1995. She was a member of the Malaysian National team in the SEA Games, Asian Track & Field and the Asian Games . She represented the country in the 400 Meters , 800 Meters , 4x100 Meters , 4x400 Meters Event. She won the Gold Medal for the 4x400 Meters Event , Silver Medal 4x100 Meters and Bronze Medal in the 800 Meters Event in Sea Games 1995 held in Chiang Mai Thailand.
She was also a member of the National team for the Commonwealth Games in 1998.
She was featured in the Malaysian Universities Business Books as a Young Business Role Model in 2011.
She is known to be an energetic and a charming person. She is happily married and a proud mother of three beautiful children
